Panettone French Toast Bake

Ingredients
- 1 loaf All-butter panettone bread
- 7 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups Whole milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Orange extract, optional
- 2 tsps Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cut the panettone into thick slices and layer them in the casserole dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and orange extract.
- Pour the egg mixture over the panettone, evenly coating all slices.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup.
