Lavender Madelines
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup Sugar
- 3⁄4 cup Butter, melted
- 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbs Lavender flowers
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Brush the bottoms of a Madeline pan with melted butter to prevent sticking.
- Fill pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
