Lavender Madelines

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbs Lavender flowers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Brush the bottoms of a Madeline pan with melted butter to prevent sticking.
  4. Fill pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
