Almondmilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Almondmilk
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk together the almondmilk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the sugar, all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder until well combined.
- Warm a pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan. Cover the pan with a lid for thicker pancakes. When pancake is covered in bubbles that have just popped, flip the pancake. Continue cooking until second side is golden brown. Place on a plate and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
