Almondmilk Pancakes

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Almondmilk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Whisk together the almondmilk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in the sugar, all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Warm a pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan. Cover the pan with a lid for thicker pancakes. When pancake is covered in bubbles that have just popped, flip the pancake. Continue cooking until second side is golden brown. Place on a plate and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Serve immediately with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
