Air Fryer Corned Beef

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb Corned beef
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine the brown sugar, mustard and apple cider vinegar together.
- Brush glaze over the corned beef and wrap tightly in foil.
- Set air fryer to 360F and cook for 1 hour.
- Baste corned beef again and wrap foil lightly around it.
- Continue cooking for another 40 minutes.
- Increase heat to 400F. Baste one more time, leave foil mostly open and cook for 10 minutes.
