Air Fryer Corned Beef

  • 3-4 lb Corned beef
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar


  1. Combine the brown sugar, mustard and apple cider vinegar together.
  2. Brush glaze over the corned beef and wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Set air fryer to 360F and cook for 1 hour.
  4. Baste corned beef again and wrap foil lightly around it.
  5. Continue cooking for another 40 minutes.
  6. Increase heat to 400F. Baste one more time, leave foil mostly open and cook for 10 minutes.
