Air-Fried Salami Boats
- Yield: 4 servings
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 4 minutes
- 12 slices Salami
- Place 3 slices of salami in each cup of a muffin tin, slightly overlapping them. Add pie weights on top of the salami to weigh it down.
- Place the muffin tin into an air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 400 F.
- Let the salami cool slightly in the muffin tin, then move them to a paper towel lined plate to cool and drain. Blot to remove any oil that settled inside the salami boat.
- Once cooled completely, add filling of choice to the salami boats. Some ideas include cheese, olives and fresh herbs.
