Air-Fried Salami Boats

  • 12 slices Salami


  1. Place 3 slices of salami in each cup of a muffin tin, slightly overlapping them. Add pie weights on top of the salami to weigh it down.
  2. Place the muffin tin into an air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 400 F.
  3. Let the salami cool slightly in the muffin tin, then move them to a paper towel lined plate to cool and drain. Blot to remove any oil that settled inside the salami boat.
  4. Once cooled completely, add filling of choice to the salami boats. Some ideas include cheese, olives and fresh herbs.
