WE RECOMMEND ALL TURKEYS 20LBS & LARGER BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN MONDAY, NOV 25TH, TO ENSURE TIME TO SOFTEN. Adams Fairacre Farms will do everything within our control to come as close to your requested size as possible. There are many factors outside of our control, so please take into account a possible 2-4 lb over/under. Turkeys are kept at 28°-32°F and the moisture in the meat will freeze, but the turkeys are not frozen. Please allow for several hours in your refrigerator before preparing your turkeys for the oven.
