  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced


  1. Freeze watermelon pieces overnight.
  2. Place the frozen watermelon and half of the lime juice into a food processor.
  3. Process until it reaches a sorbet-like texture, adding more lime juice slowly as needed for ideal texture and flavor.
  4. Serve immediately.
