Vegan Gnocchi with Tomato Cream Sauce

  • 40 oz Vegan gnocchi
  • 14.5 oz Canned tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Oat milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup Red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, optional


  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Place cooked gnocchi in a skillet and set aside.
  2. Place the canned tomatoes, red pepper, oat milk, nutritional yeast, chili flakes and garlic powder in a blender and process until smooth. Add the sauce to the skillet with the gnocchi.
  3. Heat over medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle simmer and is warmed through.
  4. Top with basil and serve immediately.
