Shrimp, Avocado and Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked and cleaned shrimp
  • 3 cups Salad greens
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 1/3 Cups Red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Orange-flavored salad dressing
  • 1 Lime, quartered

Instructions

  1. Combine salad greens, mangoes and grapes in a salad bowl.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine evenly.
  3. Top salad with shrimp, avocado slices and lime.
