Savory Baked Pears

Ingredients
- 3 Pears
- 1 Red onion
- 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Cut each pear vertically into quarters. Spoon out the core and seeds, and place on a baking pan.
- Cut onion into wedges and add to the baking pan with the rosemary sprigs.
- Combine olive oil, vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl. Pour over the pears and onions and toss gently to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. Pears and onions should be soft and just beginning to caramelize.
- Serve warm.
