Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place water and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occassionally, until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add in the pumpkin puree and spice and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the syrup through a strainer into a glass jar.
  4. Let cool, then place, covered, in the refrigerator. Add to coffees or lattes to taste.
