Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream and condensed milk in the bowl of a crockpot.
- Turn on high heat and mix in the peanut butter and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Switch to low heat, cover with the lid and cook for 1.5 hours, stirring every half hour or so.
- Whisk in the vanilla and serve, or turn the crockpot to warm.
