Pancake and Chicken Sausage Dippers

Ingredients

  • Boar's Head Traditional Breakfast All Natural* Chicken Sausage
  • Pancake mix
  • Maple syrup for dipping

Instructions

  1. Using your favorite pancake recipe, make 6 mini pancakes about 4″ in round.
  2. Cook breakfast sausages according to package.
  3. Place one piece of sausage in the center of one pancake, then roll, securing with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining pancakes and sausage.
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
