Mint Infused Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint stems


  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and mint stems.
  2. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Strain through a sieve.
  5. Syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
