Melon and Mint Fruit Salad

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups Watermelon, balled or cubed
  • 3 cups Honeydew, balled or cubed


  1. Blend lime juice, mint leaves and brown sugar together in a food processor.
  2. Place melon balls in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle dressing over melon and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready.
