Melon and Mint Fruit Salad

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp Packed brown sugar
- 3 cups Watermelon, balled or cubed
- 3 cups Honeydew, balled or cubed
- Blend lime juice, mint leaves and brown sugar together in a food processor.
- Place melon balls in a bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over melon and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready.
