Frozen Yogurt Bites
- 8 oz Yogurt of choice, full-fat will freeze better
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place yogurt in a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe yogurt onto prepared baking sheet shaping into dots, or hearts, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place sheet in freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy immediately or move to airtight container and keep in freezer until ready to eat.
