Blueberry Mango Smoothie Bowl
- Yield: 1 serving
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Frozen mangos
- 1/2 Avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almondmilk
- 1 tbsp Unsalted almond butter
- Dash cinnamon
- 2 tsps Maple syrup
- Place blueberries, mango, avocado, almondmilk, almond butter, maple syrup and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until smooth. It will be very thick.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings – Blueberries, Banana, Cashews, Coconut flakes and Chia seeds.
