  • 1⁄4 cup Basil leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch White sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup Butter, softened


  1. Place basil leaves and garlic in a good processor; pulse until chopped.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar; pulse to combine.
  3. Place butter into basil mixture and process until smooth.
