- 1⁄4 cup Basil leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch White sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Butter, softened
- Place basil leaves and garlic in a good processor; pulse until chopped.
- Add lemon juice, salt and sugar; pulse to combine.
- Place butter into basil mixture and process until smooth.
