Baked Texas Round Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Round steak
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 c up Water
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Cut steak into individual serving sizes. Place pieces in a baking dish.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the round steak.
- Bake for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. If you prefer to use a slow cooker, it can be cooked on low for 8 hours.
