Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom
- 1/8 tsp Ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp Ground clove
- 1/8 tsp Ground ginger
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Place milk in a pot over medium-low heat and bring to a gentle boil.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, clove and ginger and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the honey and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour into mugs and serve with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
