Berry Boost Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fat free, low fat or oat milk
- 1-2 handfuls Kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 Orange, peeled and chopped or 1 mango (flesh only)
- 1/2 Frozen banana, peeled
- about 2 teaspoons Honey
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sip indulgently with a straw.
