Sriracha Honey Chicken


  • 3 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 Chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Whisk Sriracha sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour Sriracha mixture over the chicken and turn to coat completely.
  4. Cook in the oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 15 – 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 165 F.
  5. Serve warm.
