Slow Cooker Ramen

Ingredients
Ramen- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 Yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened soy milk
- 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 (3 oz) packets Ramen noodles
- Cooked shrimp
- 4 Large eggs, soft boiled
- Spinach
- sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Crushed red peppers
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced scallions
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Grease your crockpot with oil or butter.
- Place chicken, onion, garlic, broth, soy sauce, vinegar, milk, mushrooms, ginger, and pepper in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and set aside.
- Turn slow cooker to high and add the ramen noodles. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the noodles reach desired consistency.
- Slice the chicken into thing strips and add back to the broth.
- Spoon into bowls and add your toppings of choice.
