Peach Sorbet

Peach Sorbet

  • 8 Yellow peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Superfine sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, to taste


  1. Peel the peaches and cut into 8 slices.
  2. Place slices in the bowl of a food processor, add the sugar and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go.
  3. Once smooth, add lemon juice slowly to taste.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 6-7 hours, or until firm.
