Peach Pie Waffles

Ingredients
- 4-5 Peaches, cubed
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Prepared waffles
Instructions
- Place water, sugar, lemon juice and corn starch in a skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking occasionally.
- Stir in the peaches and cinnamon.
- Reduce heat to low and cook until peaches are soft and sauce is thick, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and spoon over waffles.
