Mexican Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cup Goya® Masarica
  • 4 cups Whole milk
  • 8 oz Brown sugar
  • 6 oz Mexican chocolate, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon


  1. Place masarica in a large saucepot and slowly whisk in 4 cups water until smooth and evenly combined. Place saucepot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Add milk, sugar, chocolate and cinnamon to the pot. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove pot from heat and spoon into mugs.
