Classic Cobb Salad

- Prep Time: 30 minutes
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 2 cups Thick bacon slices, cooked and coarsely crumbled
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 Ripe avocados, peeled and diced
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- Ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
- Place lettuce in a large shallow bowl.
- Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocados, tomatoes and blue cheese on top.
- Serve with salad dressing of choice.
