Classic Cobb Salad


  • 6 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups thick bacon slices, cooked, coarsely crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 large Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Ranch or blue cheese salad dressing


Place lettuce in a large shallow bowl. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocados, tomatoes and blue cheese on top. Serve with desired salad dressing.
