Classic Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups thick bacon slices, cooked, coarsely crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
- 2 large Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
Instructions
Place lettuce in a large shallow bowl. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocados, tomatoes and blue cheese on top. Serve with desired salad dressing.
