Cheesy Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 cups Whole grain pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive or vegetable oil
- 8 oz Spinach, chopped
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil and cook pasta according to box instructions.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add chopped spinach to skillet and cover. Cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet.
- Add the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and cheese.
- Stir until well combined.
