Cheesy Spinach Pasta

  • 3 cups Whole grain pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive or vegetable oil
  • 8 oz Spinach, chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese


  1. Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil and cook pasta according to box instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Add chopped spinach to skillet and cover. Cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Drain pasta and add to the skillet.
  5. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and cheese.
  6. Stir until well combined.
