Banana Bread Overnight Oats

  • 3 Bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Chopped walnuts, divided
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 3 cups Skim milk, or vegan milk


  1. Place bananas into a container and mash until smooth.
  2. Add in the oats, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, half of the chopped walnuts, maple syrup and milk and stir to combine thoroughly.
  3. Close container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Add the remaining walnuts and more sliced banana to the oatmeal when ready to serve.
