Baked Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
- 10 oz Goat cheese log
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Orange zest
- 1/4 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Dried basil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Cut the goat cheese log into 1/4 inch thick slices. Dental floss will work well for preventing it from crumbling as you cut. Lay the slices in a row in a baking dish, slightly overlapping the slices.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour evenly over the goat cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
