Peach Pie Waffles

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Peaches, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Prepared waffles

Instructions

  1. Place water, sugar, lemon juice and corn starch in a skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking occasionally.
  2. Stir in the peaches and cinnamon.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook until peaches are soft and sauce is thick, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and spoon over waffles.
