Seasoned Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  5. Brush the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  6. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F on a meat thermometer.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can also add other seasonings or marinades to the chicken thighs to change up the flavor.
