• Twice baked potato on a stick- red skin mashed potatoes, bacon, cheddar, scallions battered and fried to order
•Fried pickles with horseradish sauce
•Reuben Burger- 6oz ground corned beef patty, pastrami, swiss, sour kraut and Russian dressing on a caraway seed roll
•Shrimp roll- like a lobster roll, but it’s shrimp!
August 10-11
•Grilled cheese XXL burger- It’s a burger, but the bun is two grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled onions, bbq sauce, and cheddar
•Bac-corn dog- Jumbo hot dog wrapped in bacon, dipped in corn batter and fried to order
•Pulled pork parfait- Fritos corn chips, pulled pork in house-made BBQ sauce, baked beans and cole\slaw. Served in the chip bag
•Crispy jalapeno poppers with chipotle ranch on the side
August 12-13
•Brat burger- seasoned ground pork and beef patties, sour kraut, grilled onions, Muenster cheese, brown mustard on pretzel bun
•Fried Oreos
•Clam strip platter- served with tartar sauce, coleslaw and fries
•Buffalo chicken nuggets- tossed in hot sauce and served with blue cheese or ranch and carrot crinkles
August 14-16
•Beans and rice bowl- black beans onions, bell peppers, cilantro with smoked sausage
•Pretzels and beer cheese- two warm baked pretzel sticks and Guinness beer cheese.
•BBQ pork chop sandwich- topped with maple and brown sugar bacon, grilled onions and Muenster cheese on potato bun
•House-made potato chips with creamy dill pickle sauce
August 17-18
•Slow smoked ribs- melt in your mouth, coated with house-made BBQ sauce, served with coleslaw and a biscuit.
•Classic funnel cake
•Flank steak cheesesteak- Shaved flank steak, peppers, onions, three cheese blend on a club roll
•Buffalo chicken waffle fries- crispy fried chicken, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, Franks Red Hot powder
August 19-20
•Pizza burger- half pound burger, pepperoni, banana peppers, and the bun is two small pizzas
•Breakfast on a stick- sausage, eggs, hash browns, cheddar cheese, battered and fried to order
•Italian nachos- Waffle fries, pork cheek bacon, roasted fennel, fontina cheese, sundried tomato aioli
•Fried Snickers bar
August 21-23
•Piggy mac- pulled pork over house-made mac and cheese, topped with Sweet Baby Rays
•Shrimp and grits- 5 shrimp over creamy grits, with pickled okra
•Fried green tomatoes- with Cajun remoulade
•Lobster roll nachos- fresh lobster salad served with buttery Ritz crackers
August 24-25
•Disco fries- French fries with brown gravy and cheese curds
•Street corn- corn on the cob, chili/lime seasoning and queso fresco
•Fried mac and cheese balls- with sweet/spicy BBQ sauce
•Grilled chicken kebab- marinated in garlic, lemongrass, scallions, sesame oil, served with rice
August 26-27
•Deep fried 100 Grand bar- crusted with crispy bacon bits
•Classic nachos- corn/black bean salsa, cheese sauce, jalapenos, sour cream, shaved ice burg lettuce
•Corn fritters- with fresh chive sour cream
•Polish tacos- kielbasa, creamy grain mustard sauce, shaved red cabbage, wrapped up in pierogis
