Tilapia with Creole Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Whole-grain mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Hot sauce
  • 4 Tilapia fillets, 4 oz each
  • 1/4 tsp Celery salt

Instructions

  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350F-400F). For the tartar sauce, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne and hot sauce. Set aside.
  2. Season fillets with celery salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grill fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Transfer fillets to a serving platter, and serve with tartar sauce.

Great sauce

This recipe is worth doing because the sauce is so good. It could be used on a variety of foods: dipping sauce for french fries, sandwich spread with deli meats, etc.
