Lavender Madelines

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cup sugar
  • 3⁄4 cup melted butter
  • 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbs Lavender flowers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Brush the bottoms of a Madeline pan with melted butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Fill pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
