The Adams Meat Department operates like an old-fashioned neighborhood butcher shop. Instead of following the pre-cut, pre-ground, pumped up, enhanced meat-product trend that exists in the industry today, we have taken a more traditional approach. We have hanging local beef fed with locally-grown corn silage and local, whole young lamb that we believe to be the best in the country. Our block trimmings are ground fresh from whole muscle,
and we never use coarse ground trimmings. And that’s not all. Adams will custom cut, trim and season any of our meat products to your specifications. We feature grass fed beef, all natural Bell & Evans chickens, Plainville Turkeys and locally-raised poultry. You’ll find the finest quality pork products available as well as small game. You really won’t have a beef with the meat at Adams.
