3:30pm: Creating Drinks with Infusions with Sue Adams, Mark Adams Greenhouses.
Does Muddling Befuddle You? Curious about Infusions? Sue Adams will demystify the elements of creating delicious drinks with herbs. She will share tips and recipes and demonstrate a few handy gadgets.

Sue is an award winning flower and herb designer who teaches classes on container design, flower reading and cooking with herbs. She is a graduate of Cornell University and serves on the boards of New York State Flower Industries and Northeast Greenhouse Conference as President.

Also, be sure to visit the Adams Landscaping, Mark Adams Greenhouses, and Adams Flower Shop Exhibits in the Horticulture Building!

Adams & Artologly


Beginning with November 2014 and each month thereafter, the work of a different local artist will be featured at Adams Fairacre Farms in Newburgh. You can find the artwork displayed just inside the front entrance near produce. All participating artists have generously agreed to donate 50% of the selling price of each artwork sold in this campaign to breast cancer research, which includes the Susan G. Komen foundation.

Solving Kids’ Cancer Fundraiser


This September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and we’ve teamed up with Solving Kid’s Cancer to raise money to help kids fighting the deadliest childhood cancers, including neuroblastoma, brain tumors and sarcomas. Click here to read the full press release.
