Fall off the Bones Ribs
Ingredients:
1 or 2 racks of ribs, salt and pepper, 2 cups of liquid [water, juice, soda] and your favorite bbq sauce.
Method:
- Preheat oven 350.
- Salt and pepper ribs and place in a baking dish.
- Add liquid and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2hrs.
- Then either let cool and brown on the grill and add sauce at the end, or drain liquid, add sauce to the ribs and bake for 30 more min.
