Easy and Delicious Meatloaf

Servings: 8

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Ingredients:

Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ cup dried bread crumbs
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian Dry Seasoning
  • 1½ teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper

Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup

Method:

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix together.
  • Place in a 5×9 inch loaf pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ketchup.
  • Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  • Then bake for an additional 20 – 30 minutes until glaze is golden.
