Adams Cheese Dept. Helps Launch Hudson Valley Restaurant Week
On October 23, 2013 Adams Fairacre Farms Cheese Department had the opportunity to help launch the Hudson Valley Restaurant week at the beautiful Millbrook Vineyards & Winery. We had the pleasure of joining with other local restaurants and food and drink businesses from around the Hudson Valley at the launch of this annual event.
“Restaurant Week brings together farmers, chefs and local purveyors to support the local economy and showcase the bounty that makes the Hudson Valley a nationally renowned culinary destination. Each year, some 200,000 diners crisscross the valley to dine at participating restaurants.”
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week runs from Nov. 4-17. Over 150 restaurants in the Hudson Valley are expected to take part.
